Do You Do both LDS and non-LDS weddings?

Absolutely.  We love doing both, and have experience in both traditional ceremony and LDS temple weddings.  Our packages that we have on our site are geared mainly towards temple weddings.  For a more customized package for a traditional ceremony, please contact us.

How Far in Advance Should I Book a Videographer?

Typically, wedding videographers are booked months in advance as any other wedding service would be, such as a photographer, cake decorator and etc.  However, weddings can be booked on short notice subject to availability.

How Many Hours Do You Stay For Each Event In Your Packages?

We stay for the entirety of each event that we list in our packages.  We don't limit you to say 3 hours; we'll be there the whole time or until you want us to leave.

When Do I Pay and How?

When you reserve your wedding day, a deposit of $200 out of the total end balance must be paid.  The remainder of the balance is paid when the wedding video is completed and ready to be delivered on disc.  We accept Secure PayPal, check, and cash.

What if None of the Packages Have What I'm Looking For?

The packages we have on our site are for convenience.  For a custom quote, contact us.  We can craft a package for almost any need.

Can I Gift a Wedding Video?

Yes.  But, please make sure the couple knows in advance that you are providing their videographer so they aren't caught off guard or double book videographers.

What Music Do You Put In the Video?

We will put music of your choice that you provide.  Due to copyright restrictions, we cannot provide the music for you.

Am I Allowed to Make Copies of my Video?

Yes.  Unlike some companies that charge you to order more videos, we give you permission to copy your own wedding video for personal use.  If you plan on selling it or making money on it—which we've never heard of anyone ever doing anyway—then you need to talk to us first.  However, feel free to give it to as many of your friends and family as you would like.  You are not required to order additional copies from us to have extra, but if you want we can provide you with high-quality copies like the ones you got originally for small price.

What is Blu-Ray HD?

Blu-Ray is a new, revolutionary disc similar to DVD that uses high-definition video.  High-definition video is approximately four times the quality of DVD.  If you order your wedding video on Blu-Ray, you can watch it on an HDTV in high-definition with a Blu-Ray player.  Blu-Rays are included with Gold and Platinum packages but not with Silver.  With each package that comes with Blu-Ray discs, we also include DVDs.

Can I Have the Raw Footage with My Edited Video?

Yes, but we do not include it by default.  It costs a little extra for us to include that and requires multiple discs due to the large size of the HD video files.  Editing these files yourself is very difficult with consumer editing software; if you are using professional editing suites, it is more feasible.

How Far Will You Travel?

We can travel as far as Manti or Salt Lake City with no additional travel surcharge.  For more remote locations there will be a travel fee.  For out of state travel, the travel fee includes transportation and room and board for the videographer.

Do you Do Other Events Besides Weddings?

Absolutely.  We will do many different types of events, including Bar Mitzvahs, quinceañeras, birthday parties, special events, reunions and more...
